Dr Partha Biswas is a good retina specialist, my father who had his cataract operation at Nagpur, got relive with his treatment here. Although I visited Sarat Bose office of their first, which is more equipped than vip, but overall facilities like drinking water, toilet, sitting capability I felt better at vip.
